Shipment processing times

All orders are processed within 5 business days.  If we are experiencing high order volume or other complications, you will be notified via email of any delays that may apply.


Shipment confirmation and order tracking

After making a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation in your inbox.  Within the next 5 business days your order will be dispatched, and tracking information will be provided to the same email address.


Customs, duties, and taxes (USA & International)

Although it is an extremely rare occurrence, any customs, duties, or additional taxes that may be applied to your shipment while in transit are the responsibility of the buyer and should be paid upon receiving the parcel. 


Other Policies

Cancel Order

Any order that hasn’t been shipped is eligible to be canceled, no questions asked.  This can usually be done within 5 business days of placing an order.  Please be aware that in order to cancel purchases that have already shipped, the item must first be received by you and then returned for a refund.  Read below for more information on returns.



Returns Policy (Canada)

Refunds are accepted for any reason.  Buyer pays shipping cost and item must be returned in original condition.  Please use the same packaging if possible.  Full refund will be issued once the item is received.


Returns Policy (USA & International)

Returns are not accepted for orders placed from outside of Canada.  If you have any problems with your order, please let us know how we can help. 


Refund Policy

Full refunds or partial refunds can be provided for the following reasons:

  • Substantially late order arrival
  • Item was damaged or lost in transit
  • Item doesn’t match listing description
  • Item has a substantial defect effecting its performance or appearance or is damaged (read below for more on damages)



Rustlewood claims responsibility for products that are damaged or lost during shipping and will work with the carrier to receive compensation for these accidents.  In these situations, please save all packaging material and damaged goods: also reach out to us within 30 days detailing the damage or missing parts with photos to support your claim.  We will be flexible with your expectations to either replace, partially replace, refund, or partially refund your order.
